The lustrous ball of fire blazed like the headlight of a car in the massive sky. It was Sunday, so everyone was as free as larks. Adam was feeling monotonous. So he resolved to call his true blue friend, Sam. Adam and Sam were loyal comrades.
Soon, both of the companions resolved that they would be going cycling. They also would meet at Adams abode at 5:30 pm. Adam and Sam’s beloved mother had packed them scrumptious meals for the way whole heartedly. Soon it was 5:30 pm. Both the boys had packed and as planned they met at Adams residence. Both of their cycles were as clean as whistles and as colourful as rainbows. Adam thought about his and Sam’s safety. He wore a helmet and offered Sam one. Sam refused to wear it and said he would be fine. The two boys set off for cycling. Very soon, they reached the hill which looked stunning as a palace and as tall as a giraffe. It was a very rocky path. Out of the blue, there came a dog which was as livid as a bull and was chasing a cat which was as white as milk. The boys could not control their magnificent cycles but skilfully braked and saved the animals. While the boys were panting they forgot their cycles could not balance and they both fell. Luckily Adams helmet saved his head from getting injured, but a pool of blood spilled from Sam’s head as he hit head on a humongous stone. Sam wailed like a baby and fortunately Adam had an extra seat attached so he attached both the cycles rapidly put Sam on the extra seat and rushed Sam to the city hospital. The doctors informed his parents that he was injured. In the nick of time they arrived. The doctor informed them that Sam had minor injuries. Adam was doleful for his companion soon when Adam came out of the operation theatre, his parents darted like the wind and hugged him. They also reprimanded him for not wearing a helmet. Sam learnt his lesson and vowed to always wear a helmet. Soon Sam is as fit as a fiddle again.
